Sip the signature hair of the dog handcrafted cocktail, howl at the moon in your best costume, and dance late into the night as we come together to give hard-working students the scholarship they deserve!

PME's main goal with this Halloween extravaganza is to educate members of Cleveland County's community on cultural opportunities right here! It is hard-pressed to find a small town with this caliber of a blend of cultures. Shelby has led the way  for surrounding communities, with its true chameleon soul. Adapting to new changes and steady growth, this small town has embraced the development of resources to meet the needs of its ever-evolving diverse population. PME is driven to establish a scholarship for an international student, who now calls this place their home ("Dreamers"). YOUR participation makes that dream a reality. Whether local or from afar, come to the table, PME joins the region in welcoming everyone!

About the Event

Join us Halloween night at Uptown Indigo to experience beautiful design with a spooky twist! At this event you will have full access to all floors of Uptown Indigo, sip our signature cocktail with your friends, and watch the sunset on the rooftop terrace. 

Food and drinks will be available for purchase. Bring cash for activities and costume contest nominations. You must be 21 or older to attend. 

What to Wear

Attire for this event will be costume oriented, come in something scary or something fun, but whatever you choose come to win! Wear a costume to die for! Masks/extravagant makeup encouraged. Nudity, racist, hate-bearing, or offensive costumes not permitted.
